The Nest: An Evening of Reiki

Reiki is an energy healing practice that promotes relaxation, stress reduction, and overall well-being. It involves a practitioner channeling universal life force energy through their hands, body, and energy field to the recipient or group, either through light touch or at a distance. Reiki works to restore balance to the body, mind, and spirit, supporting the body’s natural healing processes and fostering a sense of peace and harmony. Through a brief guided exercise, Karen will invite you to drop into the body. From there, she will channel Reiki to the group, at times circulating throughout working on individuals with some light music in the background. Your only job is to bring loving presence to the self, melt into the mystery, and allow yourself to receive.
